Sheffield LBA satellite draft

Draft discussion paper: A proposal for a South Yorkshire satellite terminal for Leeds Bradford Airport, centred on Meadowhall and a through rail connection via Leeds to the proposed LBA Parkway station. The paper explores whether current rail and airport-access plans could be joined up now, before future options are designed out.
